The Capitol Hill Art League promotes visual arts in the Capitol Hill, Washington, DC-Metro area. We conduct juried multi-media art shows, provide networking opportunities for DC region artists, and conduct educational workshops for artists. CHAL is a program of the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop founded in 1972.
