Phillips' Mill Community Association Smarter Entry Competition/Calls For Entry Login

This show is for approved applicants only.

Congratulation on being accepted to the Phillips’ Mill Gift Shop 2026! Please use the code provided to you in your acceptance letter to "purchase" your entry. There is no fee to enter.

You have until October 23 to register the exact items you will be selling in the shop. There is no limit on the number of items you submit, provided they meet the guidelines.

The same item type with the same price will equal 1 entry. You may have multiple entries. For example if you have knitted wearables, 2 wool hats each priced at $35 and they are one entry. If you have 1 wool hat for $35 and 1 mohair hat for $45 they would be entered separately.

Please note:
- No item may be hung on the Mill walls. (Work may be folded over our display racks.)
- Maximum size: 60” x 60” the exception would be items that may be longer but foldable to less that 60”
- No breakables or factory-produced work
- All items must be retail-ready, packaged appropriately, and realistically priced. Sets should be bundled attractively.
- We will provide labels for all items, based on the info you enter in Smarter Entry registration. Please take care entering your information to ensure accuracy.
